Product representation

We photograph every piece carefully and describe it accurately to the best of our knowledge. Handmade and hand-finished Judaica — hammered metalwork, mouth-blown glass, embroidery — varies naturally between pieces, and screens reproduce colour differently between devices. Such variation is not a defect and not grounds for a warranty claim, though your change-of-mind return rights remain untouched.

Care of materials

Silver-plated, crystal, glass and wooden items need appropriate care, and the general care guidance on this site is offered in good faith. Damage arising from misuse, harsh chemicals, dishwashers, or abrasive cleaning is not covered by the statutory warranty against defects.

Religious use

Our pieces are made to honour Jewish tradition and practice. Where questions of halachic suitability arise — for a particular mitzvah, a community custom, or a level of observance — please consult your own rav or halachic authority. Descriptions on this site are not halachic rulings.

Candles and flame

Candlesticks, menorahs, oil cups and havdalah candles involve open flame. Never leave burning candles unattended, keep them away from children, flammable materials and draughts, and place them on stable, heat-resistant surfaces. We accept no liability for damage arising from unsafe use of flame.

Children's items

Toys, games and children's products should be used under adult supervision and in line with any age guidance on the product or its packaging. Small parts can pose a choking hazard for very young children.

Website availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions or omissions at all times. Obvious errors — including clearly mistaken prices — do not bind us, and we will always make good on anything you have paid where an order is cancelled for such an error.
