We pack with great care, but if anything arrives damaged, email us right away with photographs and your order number — we'll put it right.

Our range is carefully selected from quality makers, and includes pieces made in Israel. Where origin is known, you'll find it on the product page.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use, and polish occasionally with a silver-care cloth. Avoid dishwashers, harsh detergents and abrasive sponges — and store pieces dry. Cared for this way, silver plate keeps its shine for many years.

Hand-wash in warm (not hot) water with a mild detergent, and dry with a lint-free cloth for the best sparkle. Keep crystal away from sudden temperature changes.
